Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote SMBC banking products and services to new and existing clients in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for deposits, loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the local banking sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to clients’ needs and goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on SMBC and Mandiri Andalan Utama’s product offerings, policies, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or insurance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with SMBC products or similar banking services is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages are a bonus.
