Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Promote and sell Kotak Malaysia’s paper products, including packaging, stationery, and specialty papers, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute localized sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management on market conditions and business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the paper products, packaging, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in Bali or Indonesia is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
