Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners (resellers, distributors, retailers) in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize channel effectiveness.
- Conduct regular partner training, product demonstrations, and sales enablement sessions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the tech sales landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
