Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for exhibition booth sales.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including beauty brands, retailers, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or exhibition industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
