Responsibility
- Territory Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Distributor Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and maximizing sales performance.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including untapped markets, product lines, or partnerships.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management on territory performance.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to key accounts, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions to drive repeat business.
- Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective sales promotions, trade activations, and product launches.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or related industries.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a talent for building long-term partnerships with distributors and clients.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and overcome sales challenges.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bali market (or willingness to relocate) and understanding of local business dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and sales analytics software to track performance and generate insights.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
