Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali’s construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Identify, nurture, and close deals with key clients, including contractors, developers, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (project management, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent Apexlink at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, construction sales, or infrastructure development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of construction industry dynamics, project bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
