Responsibility
- Monitor and supervise daily infrastructure project activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure all safety protocols and environmental regulations are strictly followed on site
- Assist in material procurement and inventory management for construction projects
- Provide technical support to resolve construction-related challenges in the field
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in infrastructure projects or construction supervision
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across Bali
