Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for construction, infrastructure, and M&E projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project phases.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including progress reporting to clients, government agencies, and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, or PMI standards).
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or M&E sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Asana) and AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
