Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for construction and infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones using industry-standard tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including regular updates to clients, investors, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget (IDR 10B+ preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM 360).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or frequent travel to project sites across the region.
