Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the B2B sector.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate, construction, and retail sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post-sales support.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in flooring, construction materials, or industrial products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in the SEA market is highly advantageous.
