Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our interior retail solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with businesses and individual customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, interior design, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
