Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients, including architects, developers, and contractors, to promote Glassmart Sunter’s architectural glass solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of our high-quality glass products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Bali’s construction and design industries.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales strategies and campaigns for the Bali market.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the architectural glass sector.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or architectural products industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of architectural glass products, construction materials, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel within Bali for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
