Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our refrigeration solutions across Asian markets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and industrial sectors
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized refrigeration solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and territory analyses
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise-level clients
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and components
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional Asian languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel frequently across Asia (up to 50% travel)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to Bali
