Responsibility
- Lead the sales process for high-voltage products, from initial client engagement to contract closure.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product solutions meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and reports to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the high-voltage sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide training and support to junior sales engineers and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the high-voltage or electrical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage products, systems, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
