Responsibility
- Process and reconcile cash, credit, and e-wallet transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Manage daily banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train and supervise junior sales associates on cashiering procedures, sales techniques, and customer engagement best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team to ensure product availability and display standards.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Uphold cashiering compliance by adhering to security protocols, anti-fraud measures, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, cashiering, or a related customer-facing role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in POS systems, e-wallet platforms (e.g., GoPay, OVO, DANA), and financial software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail, especially in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
