Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending luxury watches, jewelry, and fashion items that match their style and budget.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-ups, personalized service, and relationship management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and brand knowledge to provide accurate and compelling product information.
- Collaborate with the store team to enhance visual merchandising and ensure an inviting, high-end retail environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, product displays, and restocking as needed.
- Participate in brand training sessions and share insights with colleagues to elevate team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge of luxury brands, materials, and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Passion for customer service and relationship-building, with a client-centric approach.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
