Responsibility
- Deliver exemplary customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge of Brooks Brothers’ collections, including fabrics, fits, and styling recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-ups, styling consultations, and loyalty program engagement.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by proactively identifying customer needs and upselling complementary products.
- Ensure the visual merchandising standards of the store are consistently met, including product presentation, signage, and inventory organization.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while adhering to company policies on payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with the store management team to monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and report low-stock items.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns to provide relevant and timely advice to customers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Strong product knowledge of men’s/women’s apparel, accessories, or related luxury goods (prior experience with Brooks Brothers is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to accommodate store operating hours.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management tools, and basic computer applications.
- A passion for fashion and a keen sense of style, with the ability to provide tailored styling advice.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are highly advantageous.
