Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, travel agencies, and luxury hospitality partners.
- Design and sell bespoke travel packages, including accommodations, tours, and exclusive experiences in Bali and beyond.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic upselling.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, cultural insights, and logistical planning to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotions and seasonal offers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of Bali’s tourism landscape, including key attractions, accommodations, and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or familiarization trips.
