Responsibility

  • Assist players with inquiries, technical support, and gaming setup.
  • Organize and coordinate gaming events, tournaments, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute community engagement strategies.
  • Monitor gaming trends and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players.
  • Track and report on community engagement metrics and event success.

Qualifications

  • Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of gaming culture.
