Responsibility
- Engage with gaming communities to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
- Assist players with inquiries, technical support, and gaming setup.
- Organize and coordinate gaming events, tournaments, and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute community engagement strategies.
- Monitor gaming trends and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players.
- Track and report on community engagement metrics and event success.
- Represent the brand at local gaming conventions and industry events.
Qualifications
- Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of gaming culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proactive, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical knowledge of gaming equipment and software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
