Responsibility
- Assist the head chef and kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing ingredients.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Support in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies to minimize waste.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down kitchen stations before and after service.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Help with basic inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
