Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate shipment logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and distribute sales performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely and accurate information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Experience in logistics coordination and shipment management is a plus.
