Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure new business within the transportation and logistics vertical.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold outreach to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at C-suite and director levels.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the transportation or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of transportation logistics, fleet management systems, or related tech solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
