Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors according to API, ASME, and ISO standards
- Perform vibration analysis, thermographic inspections, and oil analysis to identify potential equipment failures
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for rotating machinery to optimize performance and extend equipment life
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with recommendations for corrective actions and maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical guidance
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with safety regulations and company quality standards
- Train and mentor junior inspectors and technicians on best practices for rotating equipment inspection
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment inspection, preferably in oil & gas, power generation, or heavy industry
- Certification in vibration analysis (ISO 18436-2) or equivalent technical qualification
- Strong knowledge of API 610, API 617, API 618, and other relevant industry standards
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis
- Proficient in using inspection tools such as vibration analyzers, laser alignment tools, and ultrasonic testing equipment
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data and make sound recommendations
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) with ability to prepare technical reports
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and potentially other Indonesian locations
