As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to transform conceptual designs into precise, technical drawings. Your expertise in Civil 3D will ensure accuracy in site plans, grading, roadways, and utility layouts, directly impacting the success of residential, commercial, and public works projects.

Responsibility
- Develop detailed civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including site plans, profiles, cross-sections, and grading designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design concepts and convert them into accurate technical drafts.
- Prepare and revise construction documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and material estimates from drawings to support project costing and procurement.
- Coordinate with survey teams to incorporate topographical data and existing site conditions into designs.
- Maintain organized digital file systems for drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Review and validate drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Civil 3D features and industry trends to enhance efficiency and output quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Civil Drafter or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing Civil 3D projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (latest versions preferred) and familiarity with other CAD tools.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage, and roadway design.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, surveys, and specifications accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial visualization skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a remote/hybrid setting.
