Based in the vibrant region of Badung, Bali, you will drive compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across our operations.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and regulatory adherence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, conduct audits, and monitor performance metrics to align with local and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems in compliance with national and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits to identify and mitigate workplace risks.
- Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics, including incident rates, near-misses, and environmental impact.
- Organize and deliver training programs on QHSE policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols for employees.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., Indonesian OHS laws, environmental permits) and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate QHSE requirements into daily operations and project planning.
- Prepare and submit QHSE reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors.
- Certification in OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, or NEBOSH is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian QHSE regulations and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Proven ability to conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QHSE software/tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
