Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance testing to ensure optimal equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with electromechanical systems, PLCs, robotics, or automation equipment using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades, modifications, or process improvements based on operational feedback.
- Provide technical support and training to clients or internal teams on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Document service activities, including maintenance reports, repair logs, and equipment performance data for analysis and compliance.
- Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations while working in cleanroom or industrial environments.
- Travel to client sites across Bali as needed to deliver timely and professional field service support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of electromechanical systems, PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), or industrial automation is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with tools, diagnostics, or lab equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, or soldering) through academic projects or internships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali and adapt to flexible work schedules as required.
- High attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to operate company vehicles (preferred but not mandatory).
