Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and evaluation of mechanical systems, components, and equipment for high-impact projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical analyses to ensure project viability and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and project managers to integrate mechanical solutions into comprehensive project plans.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports using CAD and BIM software.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and design teams to foster professional growth and innovation.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local and international codes, safety regulations, and sustainability best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in mechanical engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and project execution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or industrial mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software, as well as finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
- Strong knowledge of ASME, ISO, and local Indonesian engineering standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working on international projects or in multicultural environments is a significant advantage.
