Responsibility
- Assist in planning and optimizing production layouts to improve workflow efficiency.
- Support the standardization of processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to set up and coordinate production lines.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in resource optimization, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes and procedures.
- Provide technical support to production teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
