Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test electrical and mechatronic systems for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure product feasibility and scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product development and production.
- Conduct performance testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Optimize product designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software.
- Experience with PCB design, embedded systems, or robotics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
