Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling stock systems, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in train systems using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO, local rail authorities).
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance and training.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for audit and operational purposes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and performance enhancements.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure fleet reliability.
- Support emergency repairs and on-call duties as required to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance or rail industry.
- Certification in rail safety standards (e.g., LTA, ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Proficient in using diagnostic software (e.g., Siemens, Alstom, or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance provided).
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks in workshop/depot environments.
