Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Design and maintain data collection systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workforce productivity.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Conduct time-motion studies and capacity planning to improve resource allocation.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in industrial engineering.
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects to drive sustainable operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or process optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Arena, FlexSim).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPS (certification is advantageous).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
