Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to identify potential issues or improvements.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and site conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of all drafts, revisions, and finalized plans for project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of project timelines, budgets, and material lists.
- Provide technical support to construction teams during the implementation phase.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a drafter in engineering or construction industries.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, symbols, and terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
