Responsibility
- Support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of laser machines and systems.
- Conduct application testing and validation to ensure laser systems meet performance and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to customers, both on-site and remotely.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop and refine laser applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laser systems and their integration.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and customer interactions for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in laser technology.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of laser systems at customer sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in laser technology, application engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in laser systems or related machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for customer support and system installations.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standards in laser operations.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
