Responsibility
- Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Design and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track operational metrics and drive accountability.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies, capacity planning, and resource allocation to improve productivity.
- Develop and deploy standardized work procedures, training programs, and best practices across departments.
- Utilize industrial engineering tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) to support process re-engineering.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or industrial engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Power BI) and industrial engineering software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing cost-saving and efficiency-boosting initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and TQM (Total Quality Management).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
