Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy ROS-I (Industrial) applications for advanced manufacturing and automation systems.
- Implement embodied AI algorithms for robotic perception, decision-making, and adaptive control.
- Integrate machine learning models (e.g., reinforcement learning, deep learning) into robotic systems for real-time optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop human-robot collaboration (HRC) solutions for safe and efficient workflows.
- Optimize robotic motion planning, pathfinding, and kinematics for high-precision industrial tasks.
- Develop and maintain simulation environments (e.g., Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim) for testing and validation.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex robotic systems, ensuring reliability and scalability in production.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, robotics, and Industry 4.0, proposing innovative solutions to enhance ARTCâs technological edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ROS/ROS-I development for industrial or research applications.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and ROS frameworks (e.g., MoveIt, Navigation Stack, ROS2).
- Strong background in machine learning, computer vision (OpenCV, PCL), or reinforcement learning for robotics.
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., ABB, KUKA, UR) and PLM/MES integration.
- Familiarity with real-time systems, embedded programming, or edge AI for robotic control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative R&D environment.
- Prior experience in smart manufacturing, automation, or Industry 4.0 is a plus.
