Responsibility
- Assist the Site Engineer in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities on-site.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, logs, and records.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in construction or site engineering; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali.
