Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems for sorting and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate mechanical designs with control systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis to optimize system efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in existing systems to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and sorting technologies.
- Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation or industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
