Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and modernize elevator systems in accordance with Schindler’s global standards and local regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and on-site teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry best practices during installation and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all field activities, including service reports, inspection logs, and customer feedback.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in elevator technology and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in elevator installation, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and work flexible hours as required by project demands.
- Certification in elevator safety or related fields is a plus.
