Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and mixed-development projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and review project plans, budgets, and timelines, coordinating with stakeholders to align resources and deliverables with business objectives.
- Oversee site operations, construction activities, and quality control to ensure adherence to design blueprints, engineering best practices, and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to resolve technical challenges, mitigate risks, and optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making for new project bids and expansions.
- Implement innovative engineering solutions, including smart infrastructure technologies, to enhance project performance and durability.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and stakeholder updates to senior management and clients.
- Mentor junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, with professional certification (e.g., P.E., PMP) preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or public sector projects.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- In-depth knowledge of local and international construction codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial forecasting for engineering projects.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with occasional travel to project sites across the region.
