Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement process control systems (PCS) to optimize industrial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions for automated processes.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on PCS functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system manuals, schematics, and operational procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all process control activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in process control systems, PLC programming, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in control system software (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISA, IEC) and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and system schematics.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Bali as needed.
