Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to create detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate design performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support prototyping and testing phases, including data collection and analysis to validate design concepts.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to contribute ideas and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical design issues during product development and manufacturing.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
- Maintain organized records of design iterations, test results, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 0-2 years of experience in mechanical design, internships, or academic projects (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360) and familiarity with simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work in a collaborative environment.
