Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of ICT systems for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and IT specialists, to integrate seamless technology solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for ICT infrastructure, including networking, security, and IoT systems.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, schematics, and compliance reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., smart building systems, cloud integration) and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure all ICT installations adhere to industry standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ICT project engineering, preferably in construction or smart infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end ICT projects, from concept to deployment.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, structured cabling, IP systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for system design and modeling.
- Excellent project management skills (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
