Responsibility
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with departments to identify process improvements and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and records.
- Support training programs on QMS requirements and best practices for employees.
- Assist in external audits and certification processes, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Investigate non-conformances and root causes, proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or QMS implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
- Experience with internal auditing and compliance assessments is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
