Responsibility
- Develop comprehensive civil and structural design calculations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, etc.)
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with local building codes and international standards
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies for new construction projects
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, BOQs, and method statements
- Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, steel, and timber structures
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support during construction phases
- Implement sustainable design practices and innovative construction techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil/structural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE) and CAD tools
- In-depth knowledge of international building codes (IBC, Eurocodes) and Indonesian construction regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with seismic design and tropical climate construction is beneficial
