Responsibility
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design specifications and convert them into detailed drafts.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, schematics, and layout plans for engineering projects.
- Ensure all drafts adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Organize and archive technical documents for easy retrieval and version control.
- Assist in site visits to verify measurements and gather data for accurate drafting.
- Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools to create integrated project models when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Drafter, CAD Technician, or Design Engineer in engineering or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar CAD software (certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and blueprint reading.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness.
- Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, ArchiCAD) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations (preferred for local projects).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
