Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and enhance monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports with 100% accuracy for executive review.
- Analyze revenue streams, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions to ensure financial compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to align revenue recognition with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Automate reporting processes using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to improve efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue performance.
- Support audit preparations by compiling documentation and validating revenue data integrity.
- Design and implement KPI dashboards to track revenue health and business growth metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting revenue reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue reporting, financial analysis, or accounting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS revenue recognition principles and financial controls.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data extraction and visualization.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
