As a Field Auditor, you will travel to assigned stations in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to evaluate operational workflows, cash management practices, inventory controls, customer service standards, and regulatory compliance. Your insights will directly contribute to improving business performance and mitigating risks.

Responsibility
- Conduct operational audits of gas stations to assess efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Perform cash management audits, including reconciliation, transaction accuracy, and fraud prevention checks.
- Evaluate inventory controls, ensuring proper stock levels, rotation, and loss prevention measures.
- Assess customer service standards and staff adherence to brand guidelines and service protocols.
- Identify compliance gaps in health, safety, and environmental regulations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for management review.
- Collaborate with station managers to implement improvements and monitor follow-up actions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting gas station operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or retail operations (gas station experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software/tools.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
