Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives for real estate projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, taxes, and statutory reporting (e.g., PPN, PPh).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and optimize working capital.
- Assist in audits by providing documentation and clarifications to internal/external auditors.
- Implement and maintain financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.
- Support the finance manager in preparing reports for stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (preferably from a reputable university).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, with real estate industry exposure being a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local tools like Zahir) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for stakeholder communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Certifications such as Brevet A/B or CPA are highly advantageous.
