As a key member of our finance team, you will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including intercompany transactions, revenue sharing, and cost allocations. Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for consortium and joint venture projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements, reports, and budgets for multi-party projects in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Monitor intercompany transactions, revenue sharing, and cost allocations, resolving discrepancies proactively.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial reporting and audit requirements.
  • Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze project financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure tax compliance for consortium structures, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on consortium, joint ventures, or multi-entity structures.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and experience with financial reporting for complex organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in tax compliance and intercompany accounting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
