Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for consortium and joint venture projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements, reports, and budgets for multi-party projects in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Monitor intercompany transactions, revenue sharing, and cost allocations, resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial reporting and audit requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze project financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure tax compliance for consortium structures, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other regulatory obligations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on consortium, joint ventures, or multi-entity structures.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and experience with financial reporting for complex organizations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in tax compliance and intercompany accounting is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
