Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Optimize cash flow management, working capital, and financial risk exposure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational and commercial objectives.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role (e.g., Finance Controller, Finance Manager).
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls within a multinational or fast-growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local Indonesian financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and financial modeling tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated leadership in team development, process improvement, and change management.
